Every plan will include
- The same model, the same schema and the same checks.
- Synchronous and asynchronous requests.
- PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, TIFF and GIF input.
- Up to 10 API keys, each one revocable.
- Documents are never stored. A result is kept for one hour only when you ask for it asynchronously.

- Is VioPO open yet?
- Not yet. You cannot create an account or get an API key today. Join the waitlist and we will email you once when VioPO opens.
- Can I see what it returns before then?
- Yes. The example output shows the saved results of three sample orders, as a summary and as JSON. The docs describe every field.
- Will there be a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan reads 50 pages a month and documents of up to 10 pages, with no card needed.
- How long will a document take?
- In our own runs so far, a one page order has taken 20 to 40 seconds. Longer documents will take longer, roughly in proportion to the number of pages. When the queue is busy, a document will wait for its turn first.
- What counts as a page?
- One page of a PDF, or one image. A three page PDF will use three pages of the allowance. A document that fails to process will not be counted.
- How will I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. We will never see or store card details. Paid plans will be monthly, and you will be able to cancel at any time.
- Will my documents be used to train models?
- No. When VioPO opens, documents will be read by a model we run ourselves, held only while they are processed, and not used for training.
- Will there be larger volumes?
- If you expect to need more than 2,000 pages a month, email contact@viopo.co.uk and tell us your volume.
